The Hotel

A beautiful historical Palace, fully renovated, offering to leisure and business travelers a memorable experience with its elegance and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel features 85 rooms, a rooftop with lounge bar, restaurant, botanical garden and pool, a second restaurant and bar adjacent to the ground floor, a boutique, a SPA with sauna, treatment rooms, indoor pool and gym. Up to 90pax modular event rooms with natural light and parking.

The Location

The hotel is located in the central Deffenu Square, very close to Via Roma and to the Marina District, headquarters of the most relevant shops and restaurant of Cagliari, and to important public facilities such as the Civico Palace, the headquarters of the Regional Council and the Maritime and Railway Station. The Palace also boasts a strategic position in front of the tourist harbor and the Ichnusa pier for yachts. This guarantees a spectacular view of the sea that extends from Capo S.Elia to the Monti di Pula which seems to frame, upstream, the historic district of “Castello”.
